Terms of Service — ClioEngage (Axxiom)

1. Overview

ClioEngage (Axxiom) is a workflow platform that integrates with Clio Manage to automate client onboarding and compliance processes.

By using ClioEngage, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of service

You agree to use ClioEngage:

  • In compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Only for legitimate business purposes
  • Without attempting to misuse or disrupt the platform

3. Integration with Clio

ClioEngage connects to Clio via OAuth.

  • Users must authorise access explicitly.
  • Access can be revoked at any time via Clio.
  • Each user connection is individual.

4. Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of data submitted
  • Compliance with AML/KYC regulations
  • Reviewing outputs generated by ClioEngage

5. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • ClioEngage is provided as is.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Users remain responsible for compliance decisions.

7. Data processing

Use of ClioEngage is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are breached
  • Misuse is detected

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
